This project was born from something very personal: remembering how hard it can be to feel lost when you're young, not understanding what's happening to you, and not knowing who to turn to.
I too have gone through nights when I couldn't find the words to explain what I was feeling, or anyone to tell it to.
Over time, I found in knowledge, books, experience, and a few people a way to understand myself a little better. Estado B was born from the wish to bring that same possibility closer to other people.
"Until you live the change, you're not aware of how capable we really are."
This is a project I've always wanted to build. I'm not directing it from the outside — I'm building it as I live it.
I'm training myself in artificial intelligence, and I spend much of my time studying, listening to specialists, researching, and translating what I learn into language that's close and useful for everyday life.
My role isn't to diagnose you or tell you how you should live. It's to build a cared-for space where we can better understand our body and mind, discover tools, share experiences, and remember that asking for help is also part of caring for yourself. I want to offer the tools that have helped me — techniques I know can work and help.
I only know, because I've lived it, that you're not alone and you're not crazy, and that when someone listens to you without judging, something inside starts to ease.
Estado B is growing along with me. My commitment is to do it honestly, to review what I share, and to surround the project with professionals and people who can bring knowledge, experience, and humanity to it.
With all my affection, I encourage you to truly hold on to that hope in yourself, in your inner beauty — it's what will stay with you your whole life.
Here, you don't need to have it all figured out to take part. A small victory, a question you don't know how to put into words, something you learned along the way — it all counts, and what helped you might be exactly what someone else needs to read today.
If you feel like today is a good day to stop going through it alone, welcome: we're here, together, wanting to help each other.
Thank you for trusting me and for reading this far. This is only just beginning.
With love,
Blanca
